Trince strengthens leadership team to accelerate global growth
We are excited to announce an important evolution in Trince’s leadership structure as we enter a new phase of accelerated growth and global expansion.
Kevin Braeckmans, co‑founder and scientific driving force behind our LumiPore™ technology, has been appointed CEO of Trince. Kevin has played a central role in building our technological foundation and translating it into impactful solutions for customers and partners around the world. In his new role, Kevin will focus on executing Trince’s long‑term strategy, leading the team, driving commercial growth, and strengthening partnerships with customers, investors, and industry stakeholders.
At the same time, Philip Mathuis, co‑founder and CEO since the company’s inception, will transition to the role of Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. As Executive Chairman, Philip will focus on shaping Trince’s long‑term vision, guiding corporate strategy, leading board governance, and strengthening high‑level relationships with investors and strategic partners.
With Kevin driving operational leadership and Philip guiding long‑term strategic direction, Trince is strongly positioned for its next phase of innovation and global expansion.
